Empower Skills Zone Ltd is a training provider located within Birmingham, West Midlands.
The company derived from the ethos that all human beings are equal and will reach their potential and occupy their place in society through fair access to education, training and employment.
The company is managed by 4 directors with the aim to empower, inspire and develop the confidence to reach their full potential.
Our marketing strategy focuses on people living in the most disadvantaged communities with the aim to break down barriers. This also includes inspiring women to engage in trade in male dominated industries such as construction and Information Technology.
Empower Training Ltd will provide training, education and mentoring through a person-centred approach to individual development needs.
The learners have extensive years of management experience in education, training, health and social care and the business sectors. They work both in the private and public and voluntary, charities and community led organisations.

Our Vision
Our vision is to engage and empower people from the most disadvantaged groups in communities and develop their skills and employment prospect through training and education. The service will focus on gaps in the job market within the Midlands and deliver skills and knowledge to fill those skills gaps through apprenticeship programme and bespoke training.
